MEOS’s parent company & its Engineering Division has a modern Machining and Fabrication facility in Mussafah, Ruwais and Jebel Ali, serving the Gulf and beyond, enabling us to offer machining, fabrication, repair and refurbishment services.

MACHINE SHOP

Situated on 72,000 sq. meters of land,our Machine Shop is one of the largest in the region with Lathes up to 16″ Manual and 13 3/8″ CNC hollow spindle, allow for a large range of turning capabilities such as casing and tubing. Horizontal and vertical borers with a capacity of 12 tons and 6 tons respectively can easily handle the majority of large components, including Heat Exchanger Tube Sheets, Blow-Out Preventers and Valve Bodies. Both MEOS and ADOS workshops operate on a continuous twenty-four-hour basis as required with rigorous adherence to manufacturing, welding codes and inspection procedures. The facilities are accredited to ISO 9001, API Specs-5CT & 7.

FABRICATION SHOP

We offer a comprehensive fabrication service to the engineering industry through our ASME ‘U’, ‘R’ and ‘PP’ coded facility.

The fabrication service is fully supported by a QA/QC management and mechanical design team, testament to our policy of the highest quality standards in manufacturing and maintenance.

  • Vessel manufacture up to 75mm Wall thickness

GASKET FACTORY

Our ADOS-Klinger Gasket Factory located in Abu Dhabi’s industrial area, is technically associated with Klinger UK, a world-wide name in Gasket material and manufacturing. Our Abu Dhabi facility produces both standard and bespoke sealing solutions.
